So far the experience has been great. There are some confusing components especially since there are the outside companies that offer programs we're purchasing (like MotoPress etc.) that we have to combine with Template Monster. However, the online chat is so direct, easy, fast, and helpful, the helpers have made even the confusing steps easy to understand and walked us through the process. We also appreciate the individual person assigned to us with the installation service package to help us get our website up and going. We can't wait to see our finished product!!
